Advait Kurlekar is a management consultant, business strategist, and executive coach with over 30 years of experience across industry, consulting, and leadership development. Prior to founding Upohan Management Consultants, he worked with leading organisations including Tata Motors, A.F. Ferguson, and PwC. His expertise includes business strategy, Balanced Scorecard implementation, organisational development, and HR consulting. He has successfully led consulting engagements across diverse sectors such as BFSI, engineering, automotive, retail, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, hospitality, media, and advertising. Advait is also a visiting faculty member at SP Jain School of Global Management and regularly conducts workshops and mentoring sessions for entrepreneurs, incubators, business schools, and industry forums.
