Leena Khandekar is a beauty, wellness, and skill development expert with over 23 years of experience in beauty therapy, spa management, makeup artistry, and professional training. As the founder of Lee’s Beauty Centre & Spa and Lee’s International Beauty and Spa Institute, she has trained thousands of aspiring beauty professionals and entrepreneurs across India. Internationally certified by CIDESCO and CIBTAC, she specialises in beauty, hair, skincare, spa therapies, makeup, personality grooming, and salon management. Leena is also a CIDESCO International Examiner, Skill India Master Trainer, and an active advocate for women empowerment through skill development and entrepreneurship training.
